ORDERS: We have access to order lots of various supplies from all different vendors. Please email us with special requests and we'll do all we can to bring it in for you. You're order can be faxed to 480-654-8424 or called in to 602-290-4962, however email is preferred and quicker. We use Yahoo Checkout which is completely secure! Minimum order amount is $15.00. Arizona buyers will automatically be charged sales tax. PAYMENT METHODS: We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and Paypal PRE-ORDERS: We sometimes allow pre-orders if we are unsure how many of a specific item to order. Your credit card will be charged at the time of ordering to ensure you have the product on hold. Pre-orders will be shipped out in the order they were received. Cancellations (if allowed) will receive an in-store credit rather than a refund as we are charged fees for all credit card transactions (sales & credits). Please don't pre-order something if you are not sure you want it, as it causes us alot of time. SHIPPING & HANDLING OPTIONS: FREE SHIPPING -- ALL USA ORDERS OVER $150.00 (Alaska, Military, PR, and Hawaii shipments that do not fit in standard priority 12x12X4 boxes could be up-charged according to weight and size of box) All orders within the 48 continental states will be shipped USPS Priority Mail, however unusual sized products or extremely heavy boxes may be shipped UPS Ground (orders with lots of cardstock can cost as much as $25.00 for us to ship, so I'm sure you understand!). On the 'Checkout Page' you will be given the following shipping options. USPS Priority Mail $7.49; USPS Priority Mail W/Insurance $9.49; UPS Ground (5-7 Days) $7.49; USPS Priority 9x11 Flat Rate Envelope $4.99; USPS Priority 9x11 Flat Rate Envelope w/ Insurance $6.99; International Shipping (Exact USPS rates will be added). DO NOT choose the $4.99 Flat Rate Shipping if your item has products bigger then a sheet of paper on them. If your order is small and/or lightweight, you can choose to have it shipped 1st Class which generally costs 3.00. Just state in the comments section that you prefer this and we will credit your shipping charge. Please keep in mind if you choose this option, there is not Delivery Confirmation, Tracking, or Insurance available so once it leaves our hands there is nothing we can do to track the order. Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Military and International Shipments will be sent the most economical way to save you money. Actual shipping charges will be manually added to your invoice and an adjusted invoice total will be emailed to you. In stock items are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. We will notify you before shipping your order if an item is not in stock. Happy N Scrappin' is not responsible for items lost in the mail. DAMAGED ITEMS: Please email us immediately if your packaged is delivered damaged. We MUST be notified within 5 days or claims will not be honored, however we can't guarantee the post office will deliver your package in perfect condition. Purchasing insurance is the ONLY way to ensure they will take responsibility. If a product that you order and receive is not working correctly, please email us immediately so we can refer you to the manufacturer. ORDER ERRORS: If you find something in your order isn't right, please email us at happynscrappin@aol.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Return Policy: Returns for new and unused products will be accepted up to 7 days after receipt of order and must be in original packaging so that we can re-sell the items. A store credit will be issued that does not expire. Please email us to let us know the problem and what you wish to return. We do not have a return policy for items that you have opened and changed your mind on....we must be able to re-sell the returned item. ALL shipping fees will be at the buyers cost (if you received free shipping on an order you wish to return, you will be billed the actual shipping fees we incurred). SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON CLEARANCE ITEMS 40% OFF OR HIGHER If the post office returns your order to us, undeliverable, or if you did not pick it up, you will be charged shipping again for it to be sent a 2nd time. Orders paid with Paypal must ship to the verified address that Paypal supplies.
